Unique sound experience: with the professional gong mallet L355 you get everything out of your gong or singing bowl. It is light and handy and can be used perfectly even with little effort. The soft rubber head produces deep and warm tones without annoying impact noises.

We always want to adapt our mallets exactly to your needs. The ergonomic shape of the handle is a little thicker at the end. The mallet is comfortable and secure in the hand. The handle made of biologically waxed beech feels good in every position and therefore does not wear out on one side.

With a weight of 355 grams and a length of 42.5 centimeters, the Professional Gong Mallet L355 is the second largest mallet in our L series. It is suitable for gongs with a diameter of 70 centimeters to 2 meters

Delivery information

As we take great care in packing, please allow 2 business days for handling and shipping preparation.  

During peak seasons or sale events (Black Friday) please allow 5-7 days for packing to allow of careful packing of your precious investment

We ship anywhere in the world using Australia Post, EMS, DHL or Fedex , please allow anywhere from 7 -21 days depending on location.

Warranty

On most of the items we sell, you can return the item to us for *exchange only* within 14 days of receipt, as long as we receive the item(s) in the same condition as we sent it to you. 

You will be responsible to cover the shipping cost back to our location, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement. If you have damaged the item(s), please contact us and let us know.

However, if your return is due to an error from my end, or a quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our office.

If any item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately, as that is a different issue and involves us reaching out and making claim with the shipping company.

Damage from shipping

We wrap and protect your gong(s) and accessories in custom-made strong cardboard boxes and with extreme care. If you receive your order damaged in any shape or form, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the damage.
